These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Kirikay platform and all its services. Kirikay is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving Bangladesh and other countries.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kirikay and will result in account termination:

Closing your own account:

You can close your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Closed by Kirikay:

• Immediate suspension for breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be suspended.
• Functionality may be restricted if KYC verification is not completed.
